Lead Times, Shipping & Returns

When will my order be dispatched?

Please keep in mind there is an approximate lead time of 10-15 working days from order to dispatch for all made-to-order products. 

Lead times for entirely bespoke pieces will vary - please get in touch to discuss ideas and specific timelines via the contact page. 

What shipping do you offer? 

All orders will be posted Royal Mail First Class unless an alternative fast-track postage is arranged. For alternative postage options please get in touch via the contact page.

What is your return policy? 

Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Returns must be made within 14 days of this date. 

We are unable to offer returns on bespoke items, but please get in touch if you are unhappy with your piece and we will work with you to try and resolve this.
